Derek is the founder and owner of Dependable Painting. He is an avid entrepreneur and has an extreme passion for helping others. He is the father of 5 beautiful children and enjoys Flying as a hobby when he is not working.
Tina Epstein

She brings unmatched organizational and systematic skills to Dependable to implement the latest technology and automation to ensure all of our systems provide the best customer experience possible. Jesse Handsman
Jesse joined the Dependable Team in March of 2020 when his corporate job was on lockdown. Hungry to join a winning team, Jesse has become our Production Manager and goes above and beyond to deliver great results to our customers.

As our Lead Painter, Berto brings over 35 years of painting and finishing experience to ensure our customers get as flawless of a finish as possible. His specialties include 2 tone painting, cabinet refinishing, and staining. He is a father of 4 beautiful kids, and his passion for the industry is demonstrated on each and every project he runs.

As our master carpenter, Sabino has been working in the industry for over 35 years. He has a thorough understanding of building code and knows the “why” behind everything he works on. He provides expert level service and experience to our customers. As Derek says: “He is simply the very best.”
