Buff (colour)

Chamois (lat. bubalinus) is a light brownish-yellow ocher color typical of chamois leather. Suede is a blend of yellow and white ocher: two parts white lead to one part yellow ocher makes good suede, or white lead may be tinted with French ocher only. As a RYB quaternary color, it is the color created by mixing equal parts of the tertiary colors lemon and red.
